ParkWhiz and TICKETECH partner for mobile parking validation

AI Summary

eParking firm ParkWhiz has joined forces with integrated revenue control and data management provider TICKETECH to integrate its app and web-based services.

Chicago-based ParkWhiz allows drivers to find and pay for parking easily and the integration will help operators maximise profitability and offer revenue control.

The company said TICKETECH’s technology-based solution provides operators with the good levels of stability, reliability and ease of use in parking management and revenue control.

“Our focus on technology as a means to connect all pieces of the parking pie is the reason we have thrived for so long.”

ParkWhiz helps operators eliminate perishable inventory, provides a backend platform that replicates the most complicated rate structures, while giving real-time feedback to parking management into their locations’ performance.

TICKETECH’s Ultra Suite has integration and maximum compatibility with third-party parking applications and will give operators who have implemented ParkWhiz an all-in-one flexible software programme for rapid remote support.

With this, management can track incoming online bookings and drivers to redeem their prepaid parking passes.

TICKETECH COO Mauricio Cotto said: “The parking industry has changed significantly, especially in the past few years.

“Our focus on technology as a means to connect all pieces of the parking pie is the reason we have thrived for so long.

Partnering with ParkWhiz, a company that is also heavily customer-centric, will ensure that we both continue to drive
innovation and evolution of the industry for years to come.”

ParkWhiz CEO Aashish Dalal said: “ParkWhiz makes parking seamless for parking operators and having the right systems in place to manage the new revenue we generate for them is critical.”
