your technology, improve your passengers’ experience or your business efficiency. The industry moves too quickly to miss it, which is why exhibition space is filling up fast and we’re expecting a record turnout this Autumn.

“The event always attracts the best, most exciting and inspiring exhibitors and industry experts, which is a testament to just how invaluable it is to the industry it serves.”

Graham Vidler, the CPT’s chief executive, says: “I’m delighted that once again CPT is the show partner for Euro Bus Expo. 2020 promises to be an exciting year for the bus and coach industry and this show forms an important part of the calendar giving operators, suppliers and others the chance to come together to discuss the latest developments. Having enjoyed Coach & Bus UK last year, I’m very much looking forward to attending what will be my first Euro Bus Expo later this year.”

“We know from our research how vital public transport is to the UK economy, and Euro Bus Expo plays a pivotal role in bringing operators, manufacturers and the whole sector together. This is the key date in the calendar, and I would strongly encourage visitors to attend,” agrees Claire Haigh, CEO of Greener Journeys.

The future of passenger transport

As ever, the show’s comprehensive exhibitor list covers everything required to run, enhance, grow and futureproof a passenger transport business – from the latest low-emission vehicles to mechanical and engineering advancements, from accessible and safety solutions to innovative technologies and more.

Eight months out from doors opening, over 80% of exhibition space has been sold. Major vehicle manufacturers and dealers already booked include: Alexander Dennis, B.A.S.E., Connaught PSV, EVM, Donegal Commercial Vehicles, EvoBus (UK), Harris Auto, ILESBUS, Irizar UK, MAN Truck & Bus, Mellor, Moseley (PCV), Optare Group, Pelican Bus & Coach / Yutong, Scania (GB), Van Hool, and VDL Bus & Coach. Plus, GM Coachwork, London Hire, Nu-Track, Stanford Coachworks, TBC Conversions, and Treka Bus in the miniplus Area.

As for new exhibitors, there’s no shortage of innovative brands keen to get on board. Among those now confirmed are: Vogelsitze, PHVC, Alliance Transport Technologies, Donegal Commercial Vehicles, Stoneridge, Ortakci Cam, MCY, Siemens, Smith Bowyer Clarke, Ridgeway Training, Coachline Insurance Services, Geotab, CitySwift, FrancisKodakDesign Lab, and Savari.

Visitor registration now open

Euro Bus Expo returns to the NEC Birmingham (UK) on 3-5 November. Abellio, Arriva, City Sightseeing, First, Go-Ahead, National Express, Megabus, Metroline, RATP Dev, Tower Transit, Stagecoach and Transdev are just some of the operators that attended in 2018. They’re expected to be back packing the aisles again this year.

“If you want to keep a pace with all the latest developments, then make sure Euro Bus Expo is a firm fixture in your calendar,” says Martin Dean, managing director – bus development at The Go-Ahead Group.

“I always leave the show buzzing and energised, it’s a great showcase for the industry. I cannot wait to see what innovative ideas are on offer each year,” says Richard Stevens, MD at Plymouth Citybus.

“I always enjoy attending the show to see the latest innovations and developments, gather new ideas and meet suppliers. There’s nothing like having all the options under one roof to help shape our buying decisions,” says Robert Williams, CEO of Reading Buses.
