Kuwait Airways launched its first scheduled commercial flight to New York city, in the United States of America, by operating one flight per week from Kuwait to New York, from 11th September 2021.
The first flight to New York witnessed the implementation and completion of comfortable and convenient travel procedures for passengers and meeting their requirements to the fullest, who in turn appreciated Kuwait Airways’ adherence during take-off and arrival of its flights, in addition to the services extended by its employees to them from the entrance of Terminal 4, to the check-in area, until reaching the boarding gate, as well as providing them with the best services on board. Moreover, the passengers also expressed their satisfaction for choosing Kuwait Airways aircraft for traveling to their destination, which had previously stopped operating to some of their favorite destinations.
In this regard, the Director of Public Relations and Media department, Fayez Al-Enezi, said that the destination of New York is of great importance to all segments of Kuwait Airways customers, with its high demand, especially traveling for business, tourism, education, treatment, and others. He pointed out that the New York destination is one of the most popular destinations for customers, especially as they travel on board Kuwait Airways aircraft because of the distinguished services it provides to passengers that makes the experience of traveling on board one of the best and most enjoyable.

Al-Enezi added that Kuwait Airways is relentlessly striving to provide passengers on board with wider options to meet their travel requirements and with improved services by introducing new and diverse destinations as Kuwait Airways is keen to assist its valued customers and provide them with all means of comfort during their travel on its aircraft; starting from providing reservations for customers through all available channels and offering them appropriate services, from the check-in at the Terminal 4 and completing their travel procedures with ease. In addition, Kuwait Airways is fully equipped with a diverse fleet of the latest types of different aircraft, which will enable passengers to enjoy the Companys services on board.
Al-Enezi concluded his statement and said that Kuwait Airways is dedicated to the comfort of its passengers and providing them with excellent services, as it allows passengers of the Royal and First Class to carry three pieces of baggage weighing 32 kilograms per piece. Business Class passengers can carry two pieces of baggage weighing 32 kilograms per piece and passengers on Economy Class carry two pieces of baggage of 23 kilograms each. Moreover, passengers travelling on board Kuwait Airways, in all classes, can carry hand baggage that does not exceeding 7 kilograms.
Kuwait Airways has reoperated to several permanent and summer destinations from mid-June, which include London, Sarajevo, Paris, Geneva, Munich, Frankfurt, Trabzon, Bodrum, Tbilisi, Malaga, Cairo, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi, Chennai, Trivandrum, Bangalore and Ahmedabad.?
