Railpool VECTRON Locomotives homologated for passenger train operations on new built German Highspeed- Line

railOn schedule before change of time tables on Dec 10th, 2017 Railpool VECTRON locomotives were awarded with the homologation passenger trains operations on new built German Highspeed- Line (Bamberg -) Ebensfeld – Erfurt – Halle/Leipzig (VDE 8.1/8.2)

On time five VECTRON locomotives were handed over to DB Regio Bayern. They provide new fast regional train services in two hours intervals on the Nuremberg Hbf. – Bamberg Hbf. – Coburg Hbf. – Sonneberg Hbf.-Line, with use the highspeed Line VDE 8.1 between Ebensfeld and Weißenbrunn a. Forst.
