The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is to lend $US436.24 million for developing and extending light rail Lines 1 and 2.
The 40-year loan will have a grace period of 10 years. It is subject to a 0.2% rate per year for non-consulting services, 0.01% annual interest for consulting services and a 0.1% per annum rate for the commitment fee.
